We emphasize the importance of training for our staff so that we could continue to upgrade ourselves with the latest methods and solutions in order to service our customers better.
We put priority in organizing training programs for our service technicians. These will continue to equip them with the latest technologies and the technical know-how on pest control treatments and washroom hygiene.
We provide on-the-job training and in-house training for our service technicians. Express Healthcare also sends the service technicians for external courses in pest control treatments conducted by the Malaysia Pest Management Association (MPMA) and other major chemical and equipment manufacturers.
